We would like to take advantage of the neighborhood in the Bonn Research Alliance (BORA) and invite you to a collegial exchange in the field of diversity and equal opportunities.
This is aimed at colleagues from management, administration and science who deal with all issues relating to diversity and equal opportunities in the structures, processes and actions of scientific institutions.
The aim of this collegial exchange is
- to get to know each other,
- to gain insights into how the above-mentioned areas are organized in the various institutions,
- to discuss which goals are pursued in which processes, and
- who offers which services and which services can also be used by other facilities,
- exchange information about current challenges and give tips,
- to know who is on the other end of the phone when you need advice on everyday matters.
